I went 4 times for work lunches, the first three times they forgot my food, I ended up waiting 45 minutes longer than the rest each time and eating alone, yesterday I went again of course this time I checked the ticket so that it wasn't the 4th time that they did the same thing to me, I checked at the cashier for gluten-free options they told me about them, I asked for one of them clarifying that it was gluten-free and they prepared it with gluten, thank you that I realized before eating, but again I waited 45' longer than the rest and I ate again alone. A shame the food is good, but the attention (only at the checkout with that punctual person who always does the same thing) is not.
