Their dough is naturally fermented for 72 hours, so no yeast is needed. This method is healthier and results in lower gluten content. I really appreciate it!Also great food and friendly service. The baked eggplant is a must try!

This restaurant impressed us with its warm welcome and attentive service. You could feel a special approach to each guest. Delicious drinks, wonderful food, and a beautiful view of the lake. You won’t regret visiting this place. The only thing I would like to mention is that if you avoid gluten like I do, don’t order this particular salad, as it offers little beyond aesthetic pleasure. However, the limoncello at the end made up for any disappointment. Highly recommended!
