A very good pizzaria that also offers other typical Italian dishes.
Our own specialty is a "HD" pizza dough that puffs up when baking. This makes the pizza voluminous and crispy without tasting (mostly) dry. The ingredients are predominantly from local production. All pizzas can also be ordered gluten-free and/or lactose-free.
We would be warmly welcomed by the South Tyrolean boss of the restaurant. The menu is available in Italian, German, French, English and Spanish. The staff is very friendly.
I will come back because it tasted excellent and was great value for money.
