Pickleman's Gourmet Cafe

The food was good, but one of the line cooks laughed at me and walked away when i asked if they had vegan cheese (I’m lactose intolerant and celiac, and the website made it look like the team would be trained to handle that, but i guess not). The servers hardly made eye contact with us even though we were the only ones there, the cashier acted like we were the biggest inconvenience she’s ever had, and like i said i was literally mocked for asking for cheese that wouldn’t make me sick. Whoever is the night manager in this store needs to be either fired and replaced or put through remedial training asap. Then after they dropped off my pizza at the table, they put my partners pizza in the online order area and forgot about it until he went up there to ask- all while having literally no more than 1 other customer and maybe 2 door dashers over that 12 minutes. Yikes.

Not only are they committed to customers but they are also fantastic if you have certain dietary issues and food allergies. I have celiac disease, and Zach and their crew changed gloves and all for a gluten free lettuce wrap. And it was hands down delicious. The service was great. And the atmosphere was was very inviting.
