The food was okay — a little cold, which is understandable with delivery — but the pulled pork was pretty dry. I ordered a gluten-free BBQ Chicken Pizza with pulled pork on half. Couldn’t even tell it was cauliflower crust. My main concern was the communication before ordering. I called ahead to ask about the BBQ sauce to confirm if it was gluten-free and to make sure cross-contamination was avoided as much as possible. The person who answered said, “It’s full in here, I literally don’t have time.” I don’t think just because I was on the phone instead of in person my safety should have been any different. I understand being busy, but for someone with celiac disease, knowing the brand name so I can look up the ingredients is a safety issue, not just a preference. It only takes a few seconds to check & tell me plus I would’ve been fine waiting a couple minutes for him to have had time. If there were more gluten-free options nearby, I probably wouldn’t have finished the order.
