Pie Heaven Bakery Cafe

Every year for the past four years, I have ordered three pies from Pie Heaven for May birthdays. One is a gluten free strawberry rhubarb. When I picked it up this year on my wife's birthday, I was informed that it had "fallen" in the oven; the entire middle was caved in. I just couldn't accept it. Truth be told, Linda, the baker, was as crest fallen as me and the pie over the whole thing. She graciously offered to redo the pie to be picked up the next day. My wife was sad about not having her "favorite pie" on her birthday, but was overjoyed the next day when I surprised her with it (I had told her a little fib that they couldn't come through with it this year.). "Hap-Pie Birthday!" I have had nothing but great experiences with Pie Heaven and fully intend to maintain my May pie tradition. Even when they get it "wrong" they get it right!

Delicious, homemade goodies.. try a little, try a lot you won't be disappointed!! Highly recommend you stop in for a pie. You can buy by the slice or mini pies or whole pies. If you call ahead you can even order gluten free.
