Pie Wood Fired Pizza Joint

I’m incredibly disappointed with the gluten-free pizza I received from Pie Wood Fired Pizza in Barrie. I paid a premium for both the gluten-free crust and extra toppings—and this is what I got? A sad excuse for a pizza with barely any toppings, carelessly thrown on, and zero effort in presentation. The pizza was dry, underwhelming, and looked like it was made without the slightest attention to quality or customer satisfaction. I always try to support local businesses, but this experience was unacceptable. If you’re charging extra for gluten-free and toppings, the product should reflect that value. This felt more like a disrespectful afterthought than a meal I was excited to support. Do better.

Great pizza. Some of my favorite. Amazing calamari too. Wish they were a bit more generous with the dipping sauce though. They offer gluten free dough which is great for my friend with Celiac.
