Pienezza Pizza

We came in and the staff was extremely friendly! My mom has a gluten allergy so I asked if they were able to make sure she wouldn’t get sick. The gentleman up front assured me she wouldn’t get sick they intake all the proper precautions to insure the she’d be okay. The pizza was absolutely amazing! My mom really enjoyed gluten free pizza she said it’s one of the best she’s had! My wife the kids and myself got a large pie half cheese half pepperoni and the jumbo mozzarella sticks and it was all amazing! The pizza was cooked to absolute perfection! If you’re from NY you’ll understand this when I say cooked to perfection I mean when you hold it and it has just the right flop without letting anything fall off I mean not even a slight cheese slide then you fold it and you get the perfect slice! Now let’s comment on the mozzarella sticks because they are definitely not to be forgotten about! You pull them apart and get the awesome ooey gooey cheese with the perfect breading ratio! Shoutout to Carter man he did a fantastic job cooking that pizza!

I'm from Brooklyn and this place impressed me, which isn't easy. The perfect slice of regular pizza and one of the best gluten free pies I've ever had! Thank you.

Awesome Gluten Free Califlower Crust ! Was chewy just how I like my Pizza Crust ! And love that you make the gluten free pizza dough! Will definitely order my Garlic Margarite Pizza here again ! Favorite pizza so far in Kissimmee! Just wish you make the Gluten Free Califlower Crust in a Larger size (10inch is only size you can order gluten free in pizza crust ).
