Pieology Pizzeria, Cordova Mall Next to World Market

This is a really nice pizza place located at Cordova Mall. I ordered mine from their app which was a really easy process. This is the second time I’ve ordered from them. The first time I ordered a pizza from them it looked like it had been dropped and the staff was not friendly. I usually try to give a place a second try. This time I ended up ordering a gluten free pizza with plant based cheese and a host of veggies and rounded it off with a balsamic drizzle. The pizza was ready really quick. When I picked up the pizza the staff was very friendly. Most importantly the pizza was superb. In the end the total experience was much better than expected.

Made my order through the app, showed up when it said my order would be ready, only to be told that they were out of gluten free dough, and they only had regular dough. Which is fine. But now I'm sitting here wasting my whole lunch break on a pizza being made cuz they move slower than malaises.

This is one of the only places I can get pizza because of my celiac disease and this place is very accommodating. The pizza crust is sometimes under cooked but that type of crust is difficult to cook so I completely understand. Overall it’s great and I go there a lot
