Tonight was my first time eating at Pieology. We visited this location because I have a Gluten allergy and was craving pizza. Not only do they have a Gluten free crust but they were very cautious about cross contamination! They were friendly and knowledgeable and my pizza was delicious!!! I highly recommend this location.

Pizzas have always been consistently good. Just this one time the Caesar salad that we ordered did not have the croutons separated (should be to keep croutons crisp and gluten allergies). This was suggested to the manager but I don't get the sense that he really cared.
