Pieology Pizzeria, Seminole

Normally I love this place, but there are inconsistencies that I must point out. We normally always get a Veteran discount (I am a Veteran) and whatever discount is offered (free cheese bread, etc.).....last night the girl working the front counter would not allow us to use the 20% Veteran's discount. But this hasn't been an issue with prior visits. The pizza itself is usually delicious. I, like many other reviewers, go here d/t the fact that they can make a gluten-free and dairy-free pizza. The quality of the pizza depends on the person making and cooking it. Some of the staff are on point and seem like they understand what's going on...while....some of the staff may seem like they could have received more training, or gumption from Grandpa. Overall this place is good-- very disappointed that a discount that is normally honored was not. May not be going back because of this.

Ordered a gluten free vegetarian pie for family. It was delivered to our house burnt. When I tried to call Pieology, the person picked up phone and hung up twice. Was upsetting and never using this pizza place again. Update: I got an email from the company saying they are sorry and that was greatly appreciated! We definitely want to try again in the future and hope to experience some good pizza in the future.
