Pieology Pizzeria Bridge Street

NOT GLUTEN FREE! This place is on the lower side of mediocre. The store is dirty. The windows were disgusting, and the sneeze shield hasn't been cleaned in months. If you're gluten free due to celiac or other medical conditions, do not eat here. The cross contamination is very heavy. The pizza tasted good, but the service was pretty horrible. The slices were cut extremely uneven which demonstrates a lack of care for the product.

Ordered a few pies - mega meat, pepperoni, and a (gluten free) fire grilled BBQ chicken pizza. Also ordered a pie to go, and the red velvet and Reese's cookies as well. The ingredients were fresh and the food was delicious. We dined outside. The staff was friendly and helpful, the restaurant was clean, and the atmosphere was enjoyable. Highly recommend if you're on Bridgestreet looking to dine somewhere casual. Note: Chose to modify the fire grilled BBQ chicken pizza which then made it a "create your own." Added garlic, red onions, and mushrooms. Adding a note for clarity when viewing the pictures.
