Pieology Pizzeria Redlands

Love this place and they are celiac safe!

I’ve never been so disappointed in Pieology and it’s one of my favorite pizza spots. My daughter and I went in to have a little date on a Sunday evening and to my surprise it wasn’t busy. Maybe 10 people costumers inside total with about 5 employees working. I would assume the place would be cleaned really well due to not being busy but not a single table was cleaned and had some kind of sticky grub on it. Even the high chair was gross. I used to work food service so I wasn’t TOO bothered by that but as we were ordering our pizza I had never experience the worst cross contamination! You can’t claim to be vegan/gluten free friendly when not a single topping container had just ONE topping in it and I’m a vegetarian! I ended up putting my in-house order in a box and eating in my car where it was cleaned. I’ll go back but confidently walk out if it’s that gross and grubby again. xoxo - nope!
