Very helpful with our food allergies - celiac and dairy allergies were taken seriously, and they use a soy butter for everything. We tend to be a lot of work because of that when we go out, and the waitress took it like it was no effort! Knowledgeable and willing to double check with the kitchen when unsure. We will be back!
