I'm celiac. I've explained many times that my food must be gluten-free, and they gave me a Caesar salad with croutons! DON'T GO THERE. The food is terrible and expensive.

Great selection of seafood. Allergy information is readily available including clearly marked gluten free choices on the main menu. Excellent location with a fantastic view of the Golden Gate Bridge. Solid alcoholic drink menu. Prices are reasonable for being not only in San Francisco but located on Pier 39. I've been here twice, and if you decide to get a cocktail I would recommend spending the extra $3-4 to upsize it. You'll get more value that way!
K
Fantastic restaurant with great views. I appreciate that the gluten free items are clearly labeled and there are enough choices besides just salad with a protein. I had the mixed grill seafood and it was excellent. My partner had the jambalaya and loved it. The Alcatraz Slammer cocktail was heavy on the coconut, and I didn't enjoy it much, but that's just a taste preference.
