Piesanos Stone Fired Pizza - Windermere

I have to shout out Piesanos for being an absolute dream for anyone who needs gluten-free pizza without the stress. They go above and beyond—baking and serving their GF pies in fresh, disposable aluminum pans to fully avoid cross-contamination. As someone who’s been burned before (hi, burpy cauliflower crusts elsewhere), THIS is what I’ve been looking for. And the taste? Their cauliflower GF crust doesn’t taste like cauliflower. I know. Wild. It’s fresh, crisp, and just pizza—no weird aftertastes, just joy. It honestly rivals Flippers, which is saying something. The rest of my group loved their regular pizza too, and the service is consistently excellent—always warm, helpful, and genuinely friendly. I’ve never had to wait past the pickup time, and more than once someone’s helped me carry out a stack of pizzas when I went a little overboard. (No regrets.) Piesanos, thank you for making GF pizza not just safe, but delicious.

We love Piesanos. We are from Gainesville, FL, so it first time here. We ordered our usual, cauliflower crust pizza with char cup pepperoni and a Greek salad. Delicious as always. We brought our 7 year old granddaughter for her first time here. We are so thankful you carry a gluten free pizza and keep it separate from other dishes in the kitchen as she is celiac. Such a relief to learn we can bring her and other family members to one of our favorite restaurants.
