The staff was super helpful with informing my mother of gluten-free food. The GF bread was excellent. It has the crispiness of regular sourdough bread and was not gummy at all. The fish and chips were great and the adobada soup was amazing. Will definitely return on our next trip to Bandolier.

If you want extremely delicious food and friendly staff I highly recommend Pig and Fig. The staff are incredibly welcoming and willing to make any adjustments you need. They also offer gluten free options. The restaurant itself is also adorable. Worth the time and money.
