Fast service and the food is prepared quickly.
In the summer they have an outdoor dining space in the back that is very pleasant. During the winter they enclose a portion of that and keep it heated for dining.
They often have live DJs. The music is kind of loud at times so just expect that.
All of the food I have tried there is good. They have a ton of gluten free options and they will let you know if there is expected cross contamination, like with frying oil. I particularly liked the carne asada and the queso fundido.
Typically you can walk in on weeknights but I would get a reservation just to be safe. For Christmas they do a giftcard sale that comes out to be 125 dollars for 100 dollars.
