The Pimienta team is always so lovely and the food is delicious. I have celiac, and Blanca and her staff always take the time to walk through gluten free options and also modify dishes if needed to I don't miss out on trying all the amazing menu items. They are able to do this because each meal is made to order with high quality ingredients. Aside from the food, the specialty drinks are always fresh. The staff and food have kept us coming back for years.

We love Pimienta. So lucky we live nearby, we come here all the time. Our favorite dishes are the pollo rostizado and the butternut squash tacos. Literally we accidentally dropped one on the floor once and were like, no worries - and ate it anyway, they’re so good. Everything is delicious. Chef puts a lot of care into balancing the dishes. Worth the drive from wherever you come from!
