I recently ordered from this restaurant on Deliveroo, and as a celiac, I am impressed with the service and care provided. The staff went above and beyond to guide me through the gluten-free options on the menu and even patiently explained where to find them on the app. They also suggested a gluten-free sponge cake, which I initially declined as we had already bought the food, but they kindly included it anyway. This thoughtful gesture was so appreciated! With the cake provided, I was looking through the ingredients. I was quite impressed with their understanding of gluten-free ingredients like buckwheat, which many places often overlook. Knowing they are well-informed about celiac-safe foods made the experience even more enjoyable. The food was delicious, and I'm so pleased with the effort they put into accommodating dietary needs.
