NO GLUTEN FREE really. Oh you can have a cooked breakfast minus the 2 sausages oh and our hash browns are gluten free but fried with gluten. No cakes Gluten free. So had to decide not to eat and just have a drink. Comments made in kitchen as to why we aren't eating. Felt very uncomfortable wouldn't recommend for anyone gluten free. Please remove you do gluten free as you actually don't!!

Excellent cafe! Very nice clean cafe with helpful and courteous staff and a wide ranging menu. Ideal location not too far from the centre and easy access to Roath park. Even though I'm gluten intolerant I had a wide choice. Nice big portions and my first time trying turkey bacon which was delicious!!!!
Highly recommended.
