Pino Vino e Cucina Alexandria

This is a gorgeous little Italian restaurant with a really nice atmosphere in the back suburbs of Sydney, Alexandria. The staff are welcoming and really friendly. We searched for Italian food near our location, as we were departing Sydney to an international holiday, craving really good Italian food before we left and it did not disappoint. Really busy, however they managed to fit our family of four in on a busy night. The service is really great, the staff are attentive and aim to please. We ordered the roasted king prawns, the caper oil dressing was absolutely delicious, also the massive 1kg t-bone steak to share and it was cooked and seasoned perfectly, served with baked potatoes. We also have a gluten free family member and the spanner crab pasta was really amazing; you couldn’t even tell it was gluten free at all. Highly recommend if you love a high end Italian feed.

Amazing gluten free bread (and I'm told also the regular bread is incredible). Every dish was great. from the red lettuce salad, to the pate, and mains. Is m writing this review nearly a week after going and it still stands out in my memory. The wait staff is also attentive. If you find yourself in the area you should definitely check it out.
