Had an aperitif dinner for two. I have celiac disease. The choice was between sea and land. We dared and took the seafood dish. Well what can I say about spectacular combinations of prawns with sublime artichokes, octopus with fantastic legume sauce. 5 delicious tastings. All accompanied by 1 whole focaccia each. (Not even gluten-free. At the first bite I wanted to cry with emotion). The aperitifs prepared by a professional barman who managed to please my diner who is a cocktail researcher. demi sec. Delicious Bavarian desserts with 2 flavors never tasted before (the chef/pastry chef must be starred).
