We had an amazing experience at Pinsotti! .
It is hard to find a restaurant that can do gluten free as well as their regular menu. I am celiac and their gluten free pinsa was excellent. They are very knowledgeable about celiac and food allergies and took such great care of me and I did not have any celiac symptoms. My husband and daughter have no food allergies and had excellent food as well. The atmosphere and the music were great. Will definitely be back any time I am in Monopoli.
