The servers at Piping Kettle are always friendly and professional, the variety of soup gives me lots of choice, and there is always a gluten free option available, as well as vegan options I can bring when visiting my vegan friends.

I love this location!! Almost every visit has been pleasant, helpful, and delicious. We had one issue, once out of like 30 visits, it was resolved immediately. Super helpful, friendly, and great staff and the most amazing food!! The best part, for people like me with food restrictions, there is always options that are gluten free and dairy free or vegan. This is so meaningful for those of us that are restricted! We wish there was a St. Thomas location!! I've been saying it for years! We need a Piping Kettle!

I love their soups. I am gluten free, so having multiple options is a treat. I have tried many of their soups and have never been disappointed. I moved to Kitchener and every time someone I know is back in London I get them to pick me up a bulk order to freeze. The prices are reasonable and I trust that I am receiving quality and healthy food.
