Absolutely artistry and mastery. Every course of the set menu (no decisions to make - yay!) was absolutely divine. Enhanced further by their commitment to local sourcing of food. Very happily and was fully catered for gluten and dairy free requirements. I highly recommend. Literally one of the best restaurants I’ve had the pleasure of dining in.

From first email to the restaurant Manager Yen, to the final morsel presented by Executive Chef Ben, Pipit is at the level of Michelin Star dining that we have experienced internationally. The superbly crafted signature dinner menu was seamlessly personalised for dietary requirents (a gluten free diner & a lacto ovo vegetarian), with an abundance of intricately prepared courses. Standouts of the meal (too many to list!) and of especial note is the smoked almond waffle, with feasting supplies of snacks & courses & the sensitive use of local produce & suppliers. The bread was the freshest ever tasted & served with a cultured butter and but a macadamia butter for the vegetarian. By desert, the wonder of hand preserved cherries in a liquer made by the Chef Ben, left us eager to return. Thank you to Chloe, who attentively & discreetly presented the delights to table. It is a very rare experience for us both as a carnivore & a vegetarian to dine at this level & be equally delighted by every course. Pipit is an elevated coastal dining experience. Will return!
