Pita Way - Cool Springs

What a surprise find - was looking for a quick dinner, and stopped by Pita Way after reading the good reviews, and we are so glad we did! Chad & his wife opened this middle-eastern fast casual restaurant after they couldn’t find the authentic flavors from their Detroit area roots. I grew up in the same area and had some of the great food experiences, so Chad introduced us to all the amazing foods and flavors. Everything is fresh and flavorful. The hummus spread and garlic spread were housemade and a great base. The pickled veggies, the flavorful grilled chicken, the rice. The pita is from Dearborn MI. Even sampled the homemade soups. So many gluten-free options for my family! Definitely going to bring the family back to support this local family business!

Good food.. Falafel bowl was tasty.. good quantity.. lot of toppings options.. Overall worth it.. will definitely visit again to try few other things Update 10/5 this place is becoming one of my favorite places. Today i had the falafel Sandweech.. with similar toppings as that in a bowl with hummus base.. and it was delicious.. Baklava was frozen which is not a good thing but tasted good.. Update 12/7 Quesopita.. it stood up to the expectations. It was delicious Update 4/21 I had the Fire Fries.. They are good.. I recommend having them at the store and not take home. Suggestion : May be add an option for pita bread like a spinach wrap or gluten free wrap Overall 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
