A rare gem in the downtown Lake Orion area where it is hard to find restaurant offering gluten free vegan. GF vegan restaurant offerings in this area are largely limited to salad potato and oatmeal but Pita Way, a fast food restaurant, has much more delicious and creative choices. The food is delicious, love the fresh prep (green center) genuine felafel, the on site prepped while you watch custom salad, and the soups are very good. Reason for 4 start rating is I'm bothered that you have to coach the person preparing the salad to please not drop briny topping juices into the salad. Brine juice makes the salad weird but if you speak up they take precautions.
