Every staff member I asked about the menu was knowledgeable of dietary restrictions/ingredients, and I so appreciated that! The tabbouli is grain-free, which is amazing! Lots of options for paleo, dairy-free, vegan, and gluten-free diets!

We tried the pita way bowls to go, and were super impressed. Everything was really fresh and flavorful. I love that that they have several gluten free options including shawarma and gyro meat marked on the menu which makes it easy to build a bowl I can eat! This is like a Chipotle style restaurant for Mediterranean food with so many ways to customize to your liking. Highly recommend the pickled turnips as a topping for a nice acidic crunch. A little more expensive than Chipotle, but still reasonable. We will be back!
