Pita Way, That Way ™️ My cousin Drew put me on to this epic chained called Pita Way in Michigan. You can get tons of different options in the pita bowl (rice bowl, hummus base) and it’s gluten free! They have awesome toppings options for your pita bowl: - Lettuce - Tomatoes - Onions - Pickles - Cucumbers - Mild Peppers - Beets - Jalapeños - Pickled Turnips - Tourshi (pickled cabbage) - Chickpeas - Black Olives Don’t forget the sauces: - Pita Way White Sauce - Garlic Sauce - Lemon Herb Tahini - Chipotle Fire Sauce Stay away from the fries, crispy chicken, pita, and other obvious gluten items! Also ask the staff to change gloves, etc. Because there is quite a bit of cross contamination risk. But they are more than willing to assist! 10/10 I will be back. Portions are massive!

Service is always quick but, never rushed. Plenty of gluten/dairy free combinations also. Team members are all welcoming, friendly and efficient. I’ve heard them talk new customers through steps to order (which is kind of set-up like Chipotle), as well as offer taste test and recommendations.The store manager is friendly, extremely diligent and consistently provides exceptional care and attention to detail, very much an asset to the company. I tried the falafel for the first time yesterday, and liked it a lot. I would consider the food options to be like Mediterranean street food, and would love to see kabobs or spinach pie hit the menu.
