Pita Pit

I was recently diagnosed with celiac disease and have been really struggling with the transition. I stopped in tonight and went up to the till to let the staff know about my allergy and to ask if it would be possible to have my pita prepared safely. Abigail was so incredibly friendly from the start! She immediately responded, “Of course!” and went above and beyond she cleaned the grill (without me even asking), used all new utensils, microwaved my gluten-free pita instead of steaming it where the non-GF ones were, and made sure to grab all ingredients from below. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!
