My wife has celiacs disease and when I asked for a gluten free pita I did not get the normal huffing and puffing but instead the women said absolutely no problem and not only cleaned the grill but also had all her cooking utensil cleaned and sterilized. Thank you so much to the young lady and gentlemen at thunder bay pita pit yesterday
