Pithari

My girlfriend and I had one of the most memorable meals we’ve had in a long time at Pithari in Middletown. From the moment we walked in, the ambiance swept us away—it’s warm, elegant, and filled with Mediterranean charm. The service was top-notch: kind, attentive, and knowledgeable. I ordered the chicken kebabs served over hummus, and wow—absolutely mouthwatering. The chicken was perfectly grilled, tender, and flavorful, and the hummus was smooth and rich with a beautiful depth of flavor. Because of my gluten allergy, the staff was kind enough to swap out what normally comes with the dish and instead served me a side of brussels sprouts. I don’t know what glaze they used—possibly a hot honey—but they were absolutely divine. Sweet, savory, crispy—every bite was a delight. My girlfriend had the Salmon entrée and was blown away by the flavor and presentation. Everything on our plates was fresh, vibrant, and clearly prepared with care. We left full, happy, and already planning our next visit. Pithari is a gem—if you’re anywhere near Middletown and love Mediterranean food, don’t walk… run!

Went to Pithari for the first time to celebrate my friend’s birthday, and it was such a great experience. The atmosphere was perfect and just the right vibe for a celebration. The drinks were phenomenal (highly recommend the passionfruit aperol spritz/the blackberry mojito), and the brussel sprouts were some of the best i’ve had! The hostess was super welcoming, and our server Liam was amazing! He was really knowledgeable about the menu, gave great recommendations, and was super accommodating with my gluten allergy. I’d definitely go back and totally recommend it to anyone looking for a fun night out with great food and drinks.
