Pitruco Pizza (Food Truck)

We had Pitruco cater our wedding. We got three antipasti, salad, and all the pizza on the food truck menu. Our guests raved about the food - from the antipasti to the pizza. The melon and corn salad was a big hit! Lots of our guests said this was the best pizza they ever had and many people want to make the trip back to Philly for it. They were also able to accommodate dietary restrictions as we had some gluten free and vegan guests. The food came out super fast too, so no one was waiting. We used Pitruco to cater our son's engagement party in our backyard. They were wonderful. The staff were friendly and efficient and accommodated a variety of special dietary needs with a smile - delivering personal pizzas to a nursing mom and my gluten-free niece :). The pizzas were hot and delicious and kept on coming. Our guests raved about them! It was so nice to have the food prepared and served outside of my own home. I will definitely use this company again.
