Celiac Review: So thankful for our waiter, Shawn who was friendly, absolutely helpful and knowledgeable about celiac restrictions! We recommend the dry aged cowboy ribeye and ribeye. All rubs & spices for grilled goods were gluten free. For those who are not dairy sensitive, we recommend the crustless cheesecake. It is extraordinary.
