Celiac Review: So thankful for our waiter, Shawn who was friendly, absolutely helpful and knowledgeable about celiac restrictions! So many incredible choices on the menu at Pittsburgh Blue, that are safe for those of us who deal with celiac. We recommend the dry aged cowboy ribeye and ribeye. All rubs & spices for grilled goods were gluten free. For those who are not dairy sensitive, we recommend the crustless cheesecake. It is extraordinary.
