We had some customer service issues that were really disappointing. Called ahead on a Tuesday to order for a Saturday. They said they don't do that but to call at 8am on Saturday and someone will take my order for a 12pm delivery. We also double checked to see if they would deliver to the cabin we rented the response I got was "If its in Logan, we will deliver it" Great! So Saturday came, called at 8am, first thing I got was "call back when we are open" So I explained what was communicated to me and the person on the other was not happy, which I completely understand because if it wasn't communicated to him then I would be frustrated too. However, being the customer... not my fault and I shouldn't have to suffer the consequences. After pleading with him he finally took my order, but then he refused to deliver it because we were too far from the pizza place despite what was communicated to me on Tuesday. Then a manager came on and was straight forward, "we are not going to deliver it" Best they would do would meet me half way. This ended up being a 40 min phone conversation, no apology for miss communication. The Cheese and pepperoni pizza was very good, the Cauliflower pizza was not good at all, ended up throwing it out because all the gluten free people hated it.
