Pizza Joe's

Due to severe allergies, my son and I have to order gluten free pizza, which is very expensive. I ordered one on January 30th to take to a birthday party and 3 slices into it, I noticed a large black HAIR baked into the cheese!! I knew it didn't come from us because it was baked in and we don't have black hair. I threw out the rest of the pizza and immediately called to state my complaint. They offered to make a replacement right then but unfortunately we were in Niles and too far away to come and pick up another one by the time they closed. I now have a credit for the entire price to use on a future order. I am hoping it was just a bad night and won't happen again. I'm glad they made it correct by giving me. a free one for next time. I'll give them another chance but if it happens again I won't be back, ever...........
