My taste buds still shiver with pleasure when I think of this succulent and surprisingly light honeycomb dough. here the patons are matured for 48 hours, which makes the dough particularly digestible for those sensitive to gluten.
So with a limited number of fermented patons per day, you have to remember to order in advance.
