Pretty great pizza options for gluten free, and dairy free. Staff were outstanding.

To start I have food allergies (dairy and gluten) and I typically have had wonderful experiences at other pizza luce locations in Minneapolis and St. Paul. Me and my partner picked this location for new years eve. I was very clear about my allergies and ordered my 'safe foods' I have had before. We chose to additionally get the the brusheta appetizer which I was assured was something they could accommodate for my allergies. By the time our pizza came out I was having a allergic reaction. Once I got back to the table the manager came out and comped the meal which was nice however was trying to tell us that there was no way they made a mistake as the managers "watch the chefs" when allergies are mentioned. I found that extremely frustrating as I don't have that severe of a reaction to minor cross contamination this was most definitely a complete fumble and I didn't appreciate them trying to tell me that it's not possible while I actively have hives and other severe symptoms. They gathered my contact information and said someone would reach out to me within the following days. That never happened. Very disappointing we will not be returning to this location.

Ordered the Luce to go! and my mom always appreciates the gluten-free and vegan cheese option. Always delicious.
