Ordered a gluten free pizza as part of my order, when it was delivered it was obviously not a gluten free cauliflower crust. We’ve gotten a gluten free crust before and what we had gotten was not the same. It looked and tasted exactly like the non-gluten free version of the pizza we had also ordered. When we called about this issue, we were gaslit by multiple employees that the crust was gluten free without any offer to refund or replace the pizza. Abysmally disappointing customer service.

I've been here a couple of times: the owner was patient and friendly, and talked to us about some of the options on the menu. We have tried the gluten-free achari chicken pizza, gluten-free Bombay garlic chicken Pizza and achari chicken wings: they've all been really good. Probably the best gluten-free crust we've found in Seattle: thin and crispy. We'll definitely be back!

I loved the great service and very awesome pizza with interesting Indian tastes. The staff member was great at explaining the funny reason my pizza was named "Three Idiots". That was my second time at Pizza Twist. Both times, the staff was happy to accommodate my gluten free diet. You'll like this place!
