Pizza 73

Worst service I’ve probably received, they have incredibly rude people working there who refuse to listen to you when you try to explain what you want. I have dietary issues and have ordered gluten free pizzas multiple times without issues, however they make it an issue. You want a pizza but instead you NEED gluten free crust? They tell you no you can’t do that. As if it’s not on the menu. Along with the fact that they don’t like to communicate at all. We went to get pizza, it said ring the buzzer after 10pm, we rang the buzzer twice within a 5 minute span before someone came to see us and pointed, did not come out to speak to us, but pointed at their sign and pointed for us to leave; it was quite literally 45 minutes before closing time…. They close earlier than they’re supposed to, if you arrive 45-30 before closing time, they won’t be open so don’t expect to get any food. Every single person I’ve seen work here was incredibly rude and a horrible person to deal with. They have no business working with customers if they can’t be decently kind enough to deal with whilst ordering. I’ve given the place multiple chances but it’s never been a good experience.

Whenever i come here i see the male staff. He is very helpful and always-gives good service. Best tasting pizza 73 branch in Edmonton. Gluten-free wings, Buffalo cheese wings and tandoori chicken pizza is worth a try!!!
