Just tried pizza 73 for the first time! I can’t eat gluten and so there isn’t a lot of places we can order from. I’m in the gluten free Saskatoon group on Facebook and someone said they changed the gluten free crust a while ago and that it was really good. It was super good! Not that paper thin rock hard gluten free crust we typically are stuck with. Also got the dairy free cheese added and it was nice and bubbled and turned brown. Melted like regular cheese does. Usually in my experience, dairy free cheese doesn’t melt the way regular cheese does, so this was a pleasant surprise. Also got the gluten free brownies, and they were moist. Wasn’t a fan of the gluten free boneless chicken wings unfortunately. No one in my family was. But hey, you take a chance and you try something new, right?

Vegan AND gluten free pizza available (but the fryer they use is NOT celiac safe). Great dairy-free cheese; not slimy or greasy unlike many other vegan pizzas are. Gluten free crust is made of rice and is crispy and thin, without being too crunchy. Consistent quality, very good.
