Pizza Bellagio

This is my go to everytime. Gluten-Free pizza here is the best

Most deplorable customer service I have ever received. I called because my pizza was completely under cooked and raw. And she told me well we were gunna cancel this I don’t know how it went threw, but she could give me 6$ off my delivery but they won’t deliver next time cause it’s too far. (Gee so what exactly are you offering me then)And I said I’m sorry, I have no control over that, I thought you were down the street. She hung up on me twice, told me my tip wasn’t worth the drive(I have no control over Grubhub, I assumed this was the Bellagio in Blawnox which is 10 minutes from my house) why it sent me to that store is out of my control. But for a manager I would never ever in a million years speak to a customer like that. I have never been spoken to in that manner from a manager. I will never order from this chain ever again. April you are a disrespectful human being, there is no need to speak to anyone that way, and hang up on them on multiple occasions. Besides their food is trash, I order cause not many places offer gluten free. I’ll stick with Angelo’s up the street from them. Way better food. Way better service.
