Pizza Buzz

This is your typical hole in the wall type pizza place! We were recommended this place by a friend and had to try it out. We got the pizza slices: tandoori chicken, pickle, and buzz’s special. The tandoori was topped with freshly chopped cilantro and the pickle pizza had thinly sliced picked on top with a generous amount of ranch dressing. If you’re lactose intolerant, I recommend asking them to put the ranch on the side. The buzz’s special had sliced jalapeños with pepperoni cups with a honey drizzle! All delicious and would recommend! They also ferment their dough for a longer period which allows for gluten intolerant folks to enjoy their pizza without the awful bloating or upset stomach. We also appreciate the large areas inside that had closed doors for a private party or large back patio with an enclosed gate for young children to get their energy out!

I was talking to a gentleman at EOS and he recommended Pizza Buzz, stating it was the best pizza he ever had. This sparked my interest, I went to try it and I have to agree, it was definitely the best pizza I have ever had as well. It is pricey compared to most of the companies, but I would pay that price gladly to enjoy this level of quality ingredients. This is real sourdough which uses a process that breaks down the glutens in the dough making it better for the digestive system another plus. The name and logo do not promote really how good the pizza is! Glad I don’t have to travel across Tx to get pizza this good!

Love their pizzas! Amazing flavors and they even offer cauliflower crust (for those who eat gluten free).
