Pizza Caboose

I'm gluten free and always searching for a tasty pizza crust. We are visiting the area, so we ordered to go on our way back to hotel. The inside was super cute and the service was great. Our pizza was ready to go when we got there. The first thing I noticed was how heavy the box was when the handed it over. If you eat gluten free pizza you know how skimpy the pizzas tend to be. Not this pizza!! The pizza crust was amazing and the toppings so generous. My family is not gluten free but enjoyed this pizza as well. If we come back this way I will stop again for sure.

Great Gluten-Free pizza at no additional cost. Was able to swap veggy for veggy and meat for meat with out up charge as well. The pizza is not a thin crust like most. Not sure if its home made but there is definitely a nice amount of crunch and dough to the pizza with generous toppings! Would come back again!

They make a great pizza no burnt crust. They have gluten-free crust available. I ordered a large gluten-free pepperoni pizza they did not have the large gluten-free size available so they gave me an extra large for the same price.
