We often go to pizza express but this was the first time in the harpenden branch. Decor was lovely. Service was really bad from one of the staff members who was just very rude to us and acted very snobby. Food itself was okay, ordered a margarita, gluten free mushroom pizza and polenta chips. The gluten free pizza had all the cheese put into the middle of it which was not ideal. The polenta chips were not cooked properly either. Unfortunately we won’t be visiting this branch again although it is our local one! Hopefully they will treat other customers better. @mga.eats
