Couldn't order takeaway through website due to an error with the form, so called. Ended up on the phone for at least ten minutes to order a simple pizza because the teenager on the end of the phone didn't know if they did gluten free pizzas (it's just one of their main appeals that's all). Finally ordered it, said it would be 30 minutes, so gave it 35 mins just in case. Drove there and then they said it would be another 15 mins. Didn't bother going back after the 15 mins, won't be back again, and wouldn't advise anyone else to either! Really poor service.
