Pizza Express

I just wanted to say a huge thank you to the team at this restaurant. I came here this weekend with my family on the way home from visiting family. My daughter has coeliac disease and we are always so happy with the gluten free options from pizza express in general. The staff are always so attentive and knowledgeable about allergies. My daughter struggles with sensory processing and wears ear defenders with loud noises. The host who greeted us checked with us where we'd prefer to sit which we thought was a really nice touch. Unfortunately there was an incident where someone was smoking in the toilet and just as we were getting our food the whole centre had to evacuate. When we eventually came back the staff were so apologetic and kind, the manager Sharia came over to us and personally apologised and explained what happened. They also gave us our food on the house which was really kind. thank you to the team there!

Lovely place. Nice pizzas. Great service from both Cassie and Cian (Sian) Highly recommend it. They are also catering for for guests with celiac intolerance. I really enjoyed my gluten free pizza and gluten free Peroni.
