I see lots of mixed reviews for this place. Our food was delicious and came really quickly, but at the same time there were very few people in at that time, and we had to wait a while to be seen. I can totally see why so many have waited ages; the place is not heavily staffed. Still - gluten free and coeliac safe, with baby changing. Wifi is BT so yuck. Finally, we had love2shop vouchers and they refused them owing to it being a service station. Grr.

Pretty empty but really slow service. Asked for no mushrooms, got mushrooms. Asked for brownies, got brownies with no strawberries or gelato as advertised, not even heated. Asked for gluten free pizza, told 10 minutes later they didn't have any GF bases. Didn't realise we hadn't been served, had to chase down a waiter. Didn't clear any food, so could barely fit the third course down. Drinks took 15 minutes (for 5, no mixed drinks) Staff were polite, but when asked about the brownies they said they would make a note of it.
