Once, this was our go-to for pizza delivery here in Ocean Shores, but three less than savory orders over the past two months have me wondering what happened with the quality control. Less than two months ago we ordered a gluten free and a standard crust pizza, received them promptly, but the toppings were reversed. The following order, about two weeks later, arrived with the incorrect sauce on one of the pizzas and fully raw dough on the other. After deciding against the thicker crusts in the future, last evening we tried again, hoping the previous faulty orders had been flukes. But, the dough was again undercooked (even on the thin crust), and the toppings (outside of the cheese) were so sparse as to provide such minimal coverage that there was not even a full slice of the primary topping (Canadian bacon) to any single slice of pizza. The other pizza was missing the extra meat topping we paid for. Delivered pizza can be pricey these days, but in exchange for the cost, we once felt Pizza Factory offered optimal convenience and high quality for a hot meal - something to look forward to after a long day here. This convenience and historically the best pizza in town kept me from posting about these errors previously. However, given the recent history, we'll be donning our aprons and skipping pizza nights for a while. We may give Pizza Factory another shot, because it really has been the best pizza in town, but something is currently broken, and it needs to be fixed.
